About me...

I was born in the UK, and moved to Switzerland through my work in the Pharmaceutical industry in 2009. It was there I met my Swiss husband, we married and I became a mother.

I have always been compassionate in supporting others, both professionally (20 years as a People Leader) and also personally.

I am an EMR recognised Craniosacral therapist (2024), Professional Certified Integral Coach (2017) and also work Energetically with the Body (studied Core Energetics, Body Psychotherapy 2016-18).

In addition, I have a Certificate in Counselling (2005), have supported others both on a Mental Health telephone helpline and also in person with bereavement.

I hold a Medical Science MA Degree from Cambridge University, UK (2005).
